We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our team!
As one of the primary Zendesk Administrators, you will lead the ongoing development and maintenance of our Zendesk instances. You will be at the heart of our service platform, executing daily configurations, providing support, and driving continuous improvements. Your role will involve close collaboration with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes. This includes integrating other applications, ensuring technical synergies across multiple desks, and configuring applications to meet strategic initiatives and client requirements.
