About the Role

The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Individual Products (IP) and Corporate Solutions (CS), with a strong focus on accelerating the CS portfolio and supporting business growth. This role acts as a strategic business partner to the CS team, promoting, engaging, and creating demand through targeted marketing initiatives, value-added programs, and product-led campaigns.
The role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams from distributions, third party management, and data-driven decision-making to optimize performance and ROI.

Accelerating the Corporate Solutions (CS) portfolio

  • Championing the CS portfolio by developing and executing marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across existing and new partners.
  • Collaborating with CS team to deliver impactful health and wellness programs that resonate with corporate clients and individual members.
  • Driving product relevance and engagement for Individual Voluntary Solution (IVS) and LoanCare solutions, ensuring the right product-market fit and sustained demand.
  • Enhancing ongoing engagement with CS members via value-added initiatives in WorkWell with AIA such as AIA Corporate Cup, Wellness@Work Community and other wellness programs.
  • Leading product marketing for key offerings including MedCare, ComCare and LoanCare solutions, ensuring agent enablement and customer linkage.
  • Developing digital content strategies that generate demand and strengthen brand relevance across channels.
  • Identifying and activating new customer segments to unlock growth opportunities and expand market reach.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Leadership for Individual Products (IP)

  • Lead GTM strategy and execution for new and enhanced IP propositions, ensuring timely launches with compelling value storytelling that resonates with target segments.
  • Create demand through customer-centric messaging and integrated campaigns across paid media, digital platforms, content, activations, and distribution channels.
  • Engage agents effectively by equipping them with clear product narratives, tailored sales tools, and aligning closely with the Product Training team to ensure confident promotion and conversion.
  • Link customers to the right solutions by mapping needs to product benefits, simplifying choices, and guiding decision-making through personalized journeys.
  • Drive awareness and conversion using O2O (online-to-offline) tactics and remarketing flows that sustain product momentum and deepen engagement.
  • Define and activate customer segments with tailored propositions that address specific needs and unlock new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Distribution Channels (Sales, AG, PD, CS) to ensure alignment, smooth execution, and feedback loops for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor market trends and performance data to refine strategies, optimize ROI, and stay ahead of competitor activities.

Corporate Events & Activations

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, customer events, and partnership events—from concept development and content design to logistics, vendor management, and run-of-show—ensuring alignment with GTM strategy and customer needs.
  • Activate strategic partnerships through co-branded events and joint initiatives that amplify reach, build credibility, and unlock new customer segments.
  • Track performance and feedback to continuously improve event strategy, relevance, and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with event team to create demand and drive conversion, integrating product storytelling, health and wellness themes, and interactive experiences that resonate with target segments during activations.
  • Integrate digital and physical experiences to extend reach, amplify engagement, and create lasting impressions across customer journeys.
  • Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for timely, quality deliverables.

Distribution & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Engage and build strong relationships with workstream such as Sales/Product/Customer Service/IT/Finance/Operation/HR teams to gather feedback, identify opportunities, and close gaps in GTM plan
  • Manage agencies, vendors, and partners to deliver quality outputs on time, aligned with KPIs and standards.

Performance Reporting, Budget & ROI Management

  • Develop tracking tools and dashboards; monitor campaign effectiveness before, during, and after rollout against KPIs.
  • Analyse data to optimize audience, creative, and media mix; conduct post-campaign reviews with actionable recommendations.
  • Provide ongoing reporting on campaigns, partner activations, events, and programs.
  • Manage marketing budgets; ensure accurate tracking, effective spend, and ROI discipline.
  • Forecast, allocate, and reconcile spend; implement cost controls and value-for-money vendor management.

Risk, Compliance & Governance

  • Act as Risk & Compliance champion; ensure all communications, campaigns, partnerships, and events adhere to regulatory, legal, brand, and data privacy requirements.
  • Maintain documentation, approvals, and audit trails across GTM and campaign operations.
