As a skilled SAP Logistic Consultant with expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) to join our team and participate in an enterprise-wide project of our SAP landscape.

The role focuses on reducing manual interventions, improving automation, and ensuring seamless integration across SAP SCM components and business partners.

 

Key responsibilities

• Subject matter expert associated with content, processes & procedures associated with most SAP SCM i.e. Material Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM), Logistic Execution (LE), SAP Business Network for Supplier etc.

• Analyse business/technical requirements & translate process into practice through the current SAP application functionality

• Configure SAP SCM systems to meet client business requirements, including connection points with SAP SD, FI and other modules, legacy systems, and implementation of SAP best practices

• Develop, prototype, test & implement solution improvements to increase stability, usability, and functionality to enable end users to meet business objectives

• Understand non-SAP business systems and their interaction with SAP. Assist in the management of those systems as part of a Finance Systems management portfolio

• Work with other IT personnel on any configuration change affecting areas outside of SAP’s SCM module and perform rigorous testing

NOTE: Role requires flexibility in working hours and availability for on‑call support to respond to critical incidents when needed.

Key requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP, specifically in the SCM modules

• Expertise in SAP PTP configurations, including integration with other SAP modules

• Experienced with all aspects of SAP Implementation process: Business process analysis, System configuration, Testing, Documentation, End-user training, and Production support

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions

• Ability to work collaboratively with business users and technical teams to identify and resolve issues

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Education/ Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
