Primary Function:

The Treasury Operations Analyst completes a wide variety of tasks to support the originations and sales of loans . The Analyst also works closely with multiple internal and external teams providing support for the process.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and submit data files to external parties within the banking wire cutoff time.
  • Act as the liaison between internal/external business partners to ensure all loans are completed in a timely manner.
  • Process settlements by communicating to external parties and documenting for internal processes.
  • Create daily reports used for internal tracking and reconciliation.
  • Answer general questions and escalate to other departments (as warranted)
  • Provide support for team-wide projects through research, idea generation, development and execution
  • Maintain Process, Policy, and Procedures for the Treasury Operations Team

Education and Experience Requirements  

  • Bachelor degree, in finance, economics, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in mortgage funding/closing environment or operational team preferred

Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements  

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to change.
  • Excellent oral, written, listening, and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with efficient focus on work activities.
  • Strong sense of responsibility for completing work quickly and accurately
  • Ability to handle faster-than-average pace of activities
  • Careful decision-making skill with ability to avoid mistakes
  • Must work well in a team environment and as an individual contributor, willing to rotate responsibilities on a weekly basis.
