To support our training and engagement activities in Vietnam under Tech and Business Academy, manage processes for engagement with our vendors, and support our communities of practice internally and externally.
The role includes responsibilities to look after the day-to-day requirements for vendor procurement, licensing, compliance for the NAB Vietnam Academy.
Training and engagement activities include virtual and in-person training, e-learning, and certification.
YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management – ensure deliveries of multiple short-term and long-term projects to drive technical capability development goals for our employees.
Risk and Governance Management – ensure all our programs comply to financial service regulatory and understand technology risk management and vulnerabilities.
Project Reporting – capture and report on metrics for key areas, provide mechanism for feedback loops and NPS requirements.
Project Coordination – manage, coordinate, prioritize, and define shared goals and outcomes across different domains and region
Responsible for management of content delivery methods and channels.
Responsible for content delivery activities.
Responsible for reporting of key metrics to stakeholder
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Confident communication skills and the ability to liaise with managers and support trainees
Strong analytical skills, ability to draw insights and provide recommendations
A solid understanding in project management methodologies, tools and processes across the project lifecycle, understanding of Agile Methodology
Enthusiastic and energetic problem solver to join an ambitious team.
Knowledge/expertise in managing finance cost centers/project budgets.
Knowledge/expertise in managing resource/capacity management tools.
Plan and deliver optimal outcomes based on available resources
Experience with Training and Educational Activities
Experience with Organizing Events, Vendor, Cost, and Resource Management
Nice to have:
Experience with Software Development Life Cycle
