The Opportunity
As Nordic Digital Health Manager, you will lead strategies to secure optimal access for Abbott’s digital health solutions across the Nordic region. You’ll combine market access expertise with technical and regulatory knowledge to ensure our solutions meet interoperability, privacy, and cybersecurity requirements critical for procurement success.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute strategies to position Abbott’s digital health solutions in Nordic tenders and market access initiatives
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, privacy standards, and interoperability requirements
• Act as subject matter expert on IT infrastructure, GDPR, and cybersecurity in procurement processes
• Collaborate with Market Access, Legal, and Data Privacy teams to meet regulatory and certification standards
• Provide technical input on system integration, APIs, and cloud platforms for tender readiness
• Build strong relationships with payers, procurement authorities, and internal stakeholders
• Lead and develop the Business Solutions team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
• Represent Abbott as a trusted partner in digital health across the Nordic healthcare ecosystem

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in market access, healthcare procurement, or digital health strategy
• Strong understanding of privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001)
• Experience with software integration, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Proven ability to manage complex tenders and navigate healthcare system requirements
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluent in English; Nordic languages are a plus
• Passion for digital health and driving innovation in patient care
