Overview:
The Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Company’s food quality, guest satisfaction, and restaurant cleanliness meet expectations and for promoting an environment of hospitality by interaction with guests and team members. The Manager will also ensure that all team members in these areas adhere to and follow established standards, procedures, and policies.
Responsibilities:
Build sales through guest satisfaction and development of staff.
Ensure a safe and secure work environment for team members and guests.
Assign team members to positions, using the Wait Chart, as needed to provide proper coverage to all areas.
Delegate shift responsibilities to team members and ensure proper completion of assigned tasks and checklists.
Lead front and back of house operations.
Qualifications:
High school education preferred.
Must be at least 20 years old with a satisfactory background and identity check.
Possess strong people skills, ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment and ability to uphold workplace standards.
Must demonstrate strong communication skills to include: listening, speaking and all forms of written communication
Ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, and work in a hot environment.
