We are seeking a candidate with experience in SEC reporting and a strong technical accounting background in US GAAP, SOX compliance, and stock-based compensation, along with a solid understanding of M&A, tax and internal audit. Your initial objectives will be to understand our mission, business and strategic goals, develop a relationship with our corporate partners and evaluate our accounting processes to identify opportunities to enhance the way we conduct business.

Pay Range: $180,000-$215,000 base USD
Benefits: All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
