Project Coordinator – Customer Success

Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator supports customer projects by coordinating administrative, scheduling, and documentation activities under the guidance of Project Managers. This role is ideal for early-career professionals looking to build a foundation in project management within construction, energy, or infrastructure environments. The Project Coordinator assists with day-to-day project execution tasks, maintains project data, and helps ensure clear communication across internal teams and customers.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Support utility and commercial project installations under the direction of Project Managers
  • Assist with coordination of project schedules, deliverables, and action items
  • Maintain accurate and timely project documentation, logs, and status reports
  • Support development and tracking of project plans aligned with contract requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commissioning
  • Assist with preparation, routing, and documentation of project change orders
  • Participate in customer meetings and weekly project calls with Project Manager support
  • Track project data including milestones, costs, invoices, and documentation
  • Assist with reconciliation of contracts, purchase orders, and sales orders
  • Support investigation and resolution of basic customer or project issues
  • Assist with scheduling of site training, Golden Rows, commissioning activities, and site visits
  • Update and maintain project information within project management and business systems
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent project or construction experience
  • 0–2 years of experience in project management, construction, operations, or a similar coordination role
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and workflows
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment

Basic understanding of project management and tracking tools, including:

  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Lists
  • Salesforce
  • SAP
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred qualifications:

  • Exposure to construction, energy, or infrastructure projects
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Interest in career progression into project management roles

Travel

  • Up to 30%
