Position Overview
The Event Operations Assistant Vice President supports the strategy, planning, and delivery of mid- to large-scale events and initiatives for Morgan Stanley at Work, including the annual Thrive Conference, Thrive Regional Forums, and select internal and industry meetings. This role partners with internal stakeholders across Morgan Stanley at Work, Event Management, and Marketing to coordinate end-to-end execution, manage content development workflows, and ensure timelines, approvals, and deliverables are met.
The ideal candidate is a clear and confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, builds strong cross-functional relationships, and demonstrates sound judgment, resilience, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
