What you'll be doing:

  • Collaborate with a team of architects, silicon, system, software, and quality engineers to model power, cooling, performance, reliability, and TCO at datacenter scale.

  • Drive continuous improvement through calibration of models using targeted testing, thermal and electrical characterization, performance profiling, telemetric collection, and detailed analysis.

  • Develop concise reporting, visualizations, and recommendations to initiate architecture, design, and operational actions across the company. 

What we need to see:

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields or equivalent experience (MS preferred)

  • 10+ years of experience in systems architecture covering power, performance, and modeling.

  • Strong programming skills in Python and C++ as well as strong mathematical/analytical skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with success leading projects across multi-discipline teams.

  • Proven ability to communicate optimally across teams and with customers. 

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience with accelerated server architecture design and deployment.

  • Background in data center/cloud computing design.

  • Expertise in data analysis and visualization.

  • A love of technology and passion for your work!

The base salary range is 180,000 USD - 339,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
