Job Summary

The Operations Support Specialist provides administrative, technical, and specialized support for the Continuous Improvement Department. This includes but is not limited to coordinating CSD activities for the site, driving the Conagra skills and validation programs, working with all department owners to identify development opportunities for our team members, helping drive process improvements, and other duties as assigned. You will work on-site at the Jackson, TN Manufacturing facility reporting to the Site Senior CI Specialist.

You Will:

  • Administer and develop Alchemy training for the site hourly associates
  • Coordinate Sandwich Assembly School for new hires
  • Schedule and conduct validations in partnership with departmental leadership
  • Assist Team Leaders with timecard tracking of hourly/temporary associates
  • Monitor the proficiency of hourly production associates to meet production rate
  • Participate in cost reduction projects
  • Compile daily paperwork for Production Line Leads
  • Provide back-up support to Site SAP Clerk

You Have:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year relevant experience
  • Ability to work independently and be self directed
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, & time management skills
  • SAP experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment
