In this role, you will...

Conduct the most complex and impactful discussions with customers to resolve payment issues, address refund requests, and explore alternative financing options

As a Payment Solutions Agent, you will be a key member of the Payment Solutions Team working under the Finance Team to provide an exceptional level of customer service in resolving payment and financial issues proactively, quickly, and effectively. To assist customers in finding the best solutions, this team member should be comfortable working from scripts and prepared talking points while expressing empathy, patience, and using outside-the-box thinking to drive customer success. 

In this role, you will be working closely with our Accounting Managers, Financial Controller, and Analytics Team.

This role supports both our B2C and B2B segment of the business.

What You'll Do

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the refund request process, Boundless/Rapidvisa payment plan arrangements, and related issues. 
  • Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance Teams to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms
  • Update customer information in the company's database as part of key result areas in every interaction
  • Conduct proactive consultative needs analysis and provide best payment solution recommendations to existing customers
  • Prepare the G1450/credit card creation for B2C and B2B customers

About You

  • At least 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a call center setting
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
  • Open to learning and able to apply acquired skills efficiently
