Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for working with Food & Beverage (both service and culinary), Design & Development, Facilities Management and any other related MGM departments, to coordinate and facilitate design direction and successful construction completion with the goal of implementing creative Food & Beverage service
• Responsible for all aspects in Food & Beverage projects, from conception, planning, execution to supervision of project progress
• Regularly discuss with Food & Beverage operation team and review the design floor plan and 3D renderings to implement the design plan details, in order to optimize the best solution to improve operational efficiency
• Proficient in design details and quality control, inspecting and supervising projects in compliance with building regulations, safety codes and relevant regulations
• Participate in site visit, inspection and supervision to facilitate project progress, and to ensure that the quality of the project meets the design standards and safety indicators
• Formulate and implement long-term and planned training and development plans

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of strong international hospitality, gaming, and Food & Beverage interior design experience is required
• Bachelor's degree or above in architecture, design or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Primavera
• Good communication skills, fluent in English
