Collaborate with key stakeholders to define data standards, facilitate effective data collection, storage, access, and usage; and drive data stewardship initiatives for comprehensive and effective data governance.

Summary:
As a Data Governance Practitioner, you will engage in establishing and enforcing data governance policies that ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data. Your typical day will involve collaborating with key stakeholders to define data standards, facilitating effective data collection, storage, access, and usage, and driving data stewardship initiatives for comprehensive and effective data governance. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that data governance practices are integrated into the organization's operations, fostering a culture of data responsibility and compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data governance frameworks and policies.
- Support training and awareness programs to promote data governance best practices across the organization.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Collibra Data Governance.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Databricks, Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform, Microsoft Azure Data Services.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices.
- Experience in data quality management and data stewardship.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Collibra Data Governance.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
