This person is a professional who has a degree or ongoing studies in computer science or a similar field with expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS and Content Management System Tools capable to work with multiple projects and provides solutions that follow up-to-date standards and best practices. Also, able to interact with internal and external stakeholders, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the project, and demonstrate leadership in teamwork, creativity, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Create awareness amongst different functions on importance of intranet for sharing the information

• Research and reach out to various stakeholders to get updated content for sites

• Ensure content upload as per defined final user appraisal best practices

• Manage timely update and accuracy of uploaded content

• Interact with different functions and stakeholders to ensure updated content is uploaded to the site

• Manage the execution of website decommissioning including, archiving, communications and harvesting processes as agreed with the client

• Update, maintain and troubleshoot existing websites

• Analyze new module development for errors and performance

• Apply problem solving and technical skills to debug code and integration issues

• Complete unit testing of all development code

Experience Required

• At least 3 years of proven experience working with front-end technologies are required

• Familiarity with A/B testing and Adobe Target is ideal.

• Knowledge of web development standards and best practices in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, XML and JSON, including familiarity with frontend and content management tools, QA processes, unit testing, asset management, and maintenance of modules and templates in content management platforms.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies.

• Knowledge of accessibility and usability concepts applied to web sites, including SEO and web analytics.

• Interpersonal skills, management skills, people-oriented, effective communicator.

• Able to work with minimal supervision.

• Ready to provides support and mentoring to team members in areas of expertise.

• Ensures alignment of scope and objectives to stakeholder expectations.

• Identifies risks in user stories and tasks.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate project requirements, communicate project status, and interface with internal and external team members.

• Fluent in English.
