Regional Product Planning Trainee (EVP-7) main tasks:

  • Gather the Voice of The Customer and Analyze Product Competitiveness
  • Market specialist
  • Understanding of Customer needs & expectations, market trends and competitive landscape
  • Competitor product data gathering through continuous benchmarking
  • Prepare base data and material for presentations to support efficient communication
  • Support the Concept Creation
  • Support defining key features required to deliver performance targets and product concept
  • Support vehicle spec management activities to deliver vehicle definition aligned with product concept
  • Understanding all aspects with Cross Car Line support
  • Support Communication activities
  • Support product information sharing to all relevant internal stakeholders
  • Support the Marketing department with technical data gathering and marketing platform preparation

Background and Skills, Education and Experience:

  • Education in one or more of the following areas: Automotive Engineering / Product Design / Marketing / Market Research & Customer Trends.
  • 0-3 years of experience, or internships, in positions linked to Product Planning / Product Marketing / Customer Journey & Experience / Customer-Oriented Engineering is an advantage
  • Fluency in English is a must, other language(s) are an advantage
  • Valid driving license in France
  • Interest and knowledge in automotive industry, mobility solutions and innovation in general with customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to collect consumer, market and competitive data (JATO/NCBS/IHS…)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good communication and ability to understand the next step/action to support project (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Desirable skills: financial & business acumen
