Oversees the execution of innovation, line extensions, retention strategies, and value proposition improvements to Walmart Services by developing

innovative proposals to enhance business offerings and performance; managing and analyzing ideas and solutions and assessing their viability to the

business; and leading teams within Walmart Services and cross-functional partners (for example, Marketing, Information Systems Division, Finance)

in the successful execution of plans for the business.

Provides overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing

business strategies, plans, and practices; analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; determining and supporting

resource requirements; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement

opportunities; promoting a customer environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning.

Oversees financial, budgeting or operational activities for Walmart Services by setting and monitoring annual operating performance objectives for the

business line; evaluating financial viability of ongoing initiatives and approving resources for initiatives and activities; and overseeing vendor

agreements and service activities.

Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps; recruiting,

selecting, and developing talent; supporting mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning; and leveraging the capabilities of new and

existing talent.

Oversees innovation, line extensions, and value proposition improvements to Walmart Services that focus on differentiated offerings that uniquely

serve Walmart stores and the needs of Walmart shoppers by setting governance processes; overseeing portfolios of work within Walmart Services in

the successful execution of plans for the business; and serving as a business champion on strategic initiatives.

Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all

programs and practices; developing consequences for violations or non-compliance; and supporting the Open Door Policy.

Develops and defines strategies to meet overall objectives of Walmart Services by determining priorities and internal and external resource allocation

to meet direction; approving and determining priorities for potential business initiatives; and overseeing the implementation of marketing, pricing, and

retention strategies to achieve business growth.

Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals by sponsoring and leading

key community outreach and involvement initiatives; engaging key stakeholders in the development, execution, and evaluation of appropriate

business plans and initiatives; and supporting associate efforts in these areas.

Oversees a diverse portfolio of initiatives for Walmart Services by determining priorities and gaining approval for internal and external resources to

meet direction; developing business cases for initiatives; and guiding the development and implementation of marketing, pricing, and retention

activities that fuel business growth.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or related field and 6 years’ experience in consumer services industry, project management, product management, process improvement, retail operations, or related area OR 8 years’ experience in consumer services industry, project management, product management, process improvement, retail operations, or related area. 2 years’ supervisory experience.
