We are seeking a Director, Legislative Branch, Brazil to support the execution of our government engagement strategy and strengthen the Company’s institutional presence across relevant public policy environments. 

This role will work closely with PACS (Public Affairs, Communications & Sustainability) leadership and cross-functional teams to manage stakeholder relationships, monitor policy developments, and contribute to responsible public engagement efforts.

What You'll Do for Us 

  • Support the execution of Coca-Cola’s public policy and government relations strategy in Brazil. 
  • Build and manage relationships with relevant government stakeholders and institutional counterparts. 
  • Monitor political, legislative, and regulatory developments, preparing briefings and strategic analyses. 
  • Support the Company’s participation in meetings, public consultations, and policy discussions. 
  • Maintain stakeholder mapping and engagement tracking processes. 
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between business priorities and external positioning. 
  • Contribute to the execution of the PACS Annual Business Plan (ABP), including operational planning and support during issues and crisis situations as required. 

 

Requirements & Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Law, Political Science, Public Policy, International Relations, or related field preferred. 
  • Experience in government relations, public policy, regulatory affairs, or institutional engagement. 
  • Solid understanding of Brazil’s public sector dynamics. 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced and politically sensitive environments. 
  • Portuguese fluency required; English proficiency required.
