Provides consultative leadership to assigned business unit or internal customer group(s) to drive people development. Responsible for development, implementation, and administration of high-value, quality human resources programs, practices and procedures often encompassing several areas of human resources including employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, and training, etc.
Responsibilities:
Consults with management to define and execute HR initiatives in support of business strategy.
Engage with COE HR functions to collaboratively implement HR programs and policies.
Serves as a business partner, change agent, and may serve as a member of the line leadership staff.
Participates in or leads HR projects.
Analyzes business challenges and HR programs to identify improvement opportunities.
Scans and benchmarks the marketplace to identify and leverage best practices and trends to influence the business and HR agenda.
In some regions, may serve in a multitude of HR capacities including compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, event planning, workforce reporting and payroll.
Participates in the rollout of company-wide HR initiatives Manages escalations and dispute resolutions through company programs and policies.
Applies governmental regulations to the development of HR programs.
3-5 years with bachelor's or equivalent. Education/Certification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
