This position reports to:
IPM Support Team Leader__
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop course materials and handle content delivery for technical training for customers, either in classroom or on-site. Each day, you will be responsible for post-training activities such as course feedback collection, possible corrective actions on course materials and equipment, etc. You will also showcase your expertise by guaranteeing excellent customer service and securing high level of customer satisfaction through trainings.

You will be mainly accountable for:
Deliver engaging training sessions
Develop training materials
Integrate AI tools in training
Gather & analyze feedback
Maintain training records
Collaborate with SMEs
Support continuous improvement
Meet delivery targets
Experiment with AI innovations
Share AI learnings with team
Qualifications for the role
Experience in training, coaching, or knowledge transfer roles
Proven ability to design and deliver effective training sessions (both instructor-led and e-learning)
Strong facilitation skills to engage diverse audiences and adapt to different learning styles
Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical learning content
3. Communication & Presentation
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
Ability to present clearly to different seniority levels (from technicians to managers)
Strong organizational and structuring skills for training materials
Capable of handling Q&A sessions and difficult questions confidently
Self-motivated learner - continuous improvement of own skills and knowledge
Ability to stay updated with new tools, processes, and industry best practices
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or training platforms (e.g., MyLearning)
Comfortable with feedback and coaching others
Ability to identify training needs and gaps in knowledge
Creative approach to solving training challenges
Flexible to adjust training methods based on feedback and results
Experience developing documentation and training materials
