Job Title: CCM Developer – Quadient Inspire
Experience: 10 to 11 Years (preferred)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced CCM Developer with strong expertise in Quadient Inspire to develop, enhance, and maintain customer communication templates. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and supporting customer communications across multiple channels while ensuring high quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and maintain customer communication templates using Quadient Inspire CCM.
- Design and implement document templates for print, email, SMS, and digital communications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Perform unit testing, defect fixing, and support deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot template-related issues and optimize document performance.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, version control, and documentation best practices.
- Support production incidents and implement enhancements as required.

Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire CCM.
- Strong knowledge of template development and document composition.
- Experience in customer communication management (CCM) solutions.
- Understanding of XML, XSD, XPath, and data mapping.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to banking, insurance, or financial services projects.
- Knowledge of document automation and omnichannel communications
