Overjet is where builders become leaders. Everyone here loves to make new things: new products, new partnerships, new content, and a new category of AI technology. And as Overjet grows ridiculously fast, so will you.

Simply put, there’s no better place to accelerate your career. Come join us!

The Role

As our Lead Product Designer for Insurance products, you will have a significant impact in shaping user experiences that bring value and clarity to complex workflows. We are looking for a collaborative and curious designer who thrives on creating intuitive designs that make a difference.

In this role, you will be hands-on, working closely with customers to understand their needs and incorporating their feedback to continuously improve our products. You’ll partner with talented engineers and Product Managers to turn ideas into reality, driving impactful and user-centered design solutions.

You are not only passionate about design but also about fostering growth in others. As a player-coach, you’ll have the opportunity to mentor and support team members early in their careers, helping them develop their skills and thrive. With a strong growth mindset, you are always eager to learn, experiment with the latest tools and techniques, and ask the right questions to uncover what drives value in a product.

If you’re excited about designing products that make a real difference and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you!

This is a hybrid role working 2 days per week in the Palo Alto office.
