It has accountability for product management across Deposits & Transactions, Merchants, Corporate Credit and Debit Cards as well as managing the end-to-end business customer experience.

Join the Deposits and Transaction Crew, within Everyday Business Banking where you will manage the product lifecycle through a deep understanding of the high-profile customer outcomes and needs and connecting them to our Everyday Business Banking objectives.

Do work that matters

You are passionate about product management and customer with existing product management experience. As a Product Analyst in the EBB Deposits Acquisition & In life Management squad, you will support to drive outcomes across the product lifecycle including launching new features and initiatives, monitoring and driving product performance, managing the portfolio P&L for all deposit products, meeting key regulatory, operational risk and product governance requirements, optimising customer experience, and driving change across the business. We prioritise our customers above all else, relentlessly improving their experience and solving their unmet needs.

We’re interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Experience working with collaboration with various stakeholders such as Product, Finance, Distribution teams as well as FCC, legal, compliance, marketing etc.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in product strategy, planning and execution.

  • Confidence with navigating ambiguity and ability to work flexibly through change.

  • Experience working in an agile environment and enjoy collaborating with others.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture.

  • Ability to lead initiatives and manage tight timeframes.

  • Applicable and relevant University qualification.

  • Prior product development experience preferred
