The Business Execution Analyst – Headcount Management role is part of the Chief Operating Office (COO) organization and is responsible for the headcount tracking and reporting for the organization. This role will maintain detailed tracking of dynamic resources plans and prepare various reporting requirements to support business decision management.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain robust, position-based level staffing plans for the COO organization
  • Partner with COO business Chief of Staff teams to ensure alignment of staffing plans
  • Analyze data and question/ challenge information, as needed
  • Perform reconciliation activities to track and align roles, requisitions, tagging, etc.
  • Ensure strong focus on data quality, aligning to Systems of Record (HRDW, Workday, Resources@Citi)
  • Ensure timely receipt and reporting of data in line with established deliverables. Escalate concerns in a timely manner
  • Partner with Finance and fellow team members to provide all necessary information needed for reporting; ensure clear understanding in advance


Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated Data Analyst skillset, Intermediate/Advanced Excel
  • Effective understanding and demonstrated headcount management experience
  • Experience working across teams and influencing others; strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and unexpected requirement changes, as needed
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently
  • Experience working with Resources@Citi is a plus


Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$87,280.00 - $130,920.00
