Typical Activities

  • Partner with Resources CRM Leaders to create and execute fully integrated marketing and communication strategies for high and medium opportunity clients across the Asia Pacific and regions (mainly focusing on ANZ and SEA).
  • Use our Data and AI tools to generate client insights, sharing them with our CRM Lead and account teams to inform who we target and how we engage them. These tools will include (but not limited to) LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AlphaSense, and Copilot.
  • Collaborating with your amazing M+C peers to curate and contextualize content and experiences that are most relevant for our clients
  • Support CRM activities including events and roundtables, ensuring they run smoothly with maximum impact – by working with an ecosystem of stakeholders across M+C, account teams and operations teams.
  • Use Accenture’s SynOps and other leading technologies to help us know our and prioritize our marketing work
  • Measure our marketing against agreed-upon success measures and use feedback loops for continuous improvement
  • Take part in Learning programs across M+C and CRM.

Educational Requirement:

Must have:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree

Skills and Work Experience

Must Have

  • 2+ years of marketing experience in B2B or professional services
  • Experience in campaign management, content delivery, and performance reporting
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration skills with a client‑centric, data‑led mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Curious and active user of AI tools

Good to Have

  • Experience in account‑based, pursuit, or deal‑based marketing
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Background or exposure to Public Sector marketing
  • Basic design skills
