Job Description:

We are looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by carrying out administrative/operational tasks. You can be part of the team. What would your day-to-day look like?

  • You will assist with the various administrative tasks that may arise daily in your work center.

  • Data entry.

  • You will work as part of a team with your colleagues to achieve the company’s objectives.

  • Customer service and receiving and/or handing over packages.

  • In summary: you are proactive and organized! You know how to make a difference in your area!

What do we expect from you?

  • Mandatory qualification: Secondary Education (ESO). High School Diploma, Intermediate/Higher Vocational Training, undergraduate degree (completed or in progress) will be valued.

  • A proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.

  • Strong communication skills, stress management, and problem‑solving abilities.

  • Experience in direct customer service.

  • English skills will be valued.

  • Basic user‑level computer skills.

  • Previous experience in a similar position will be valued.

  • Availability to work from 16:15 to 21:00.
