To deliver this vision, the B2C Ecommerce Technology Solutions Organization is hiring for a key role that will be pivotal in spearheading the vision, working with key stakeholders across the digital value chain and drive these outcomes for our customers and our business.

Job Summary: 

As a Software Applications Engineer 4 for CRM, the primary responsibilities are to collaborate with business and developers to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform. You will be involved in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE applications, developing workflows and plugins, and integrating Dynamics 365 CE with other systems as needed. Your role will also include supporting the technical delivery of CRM projects, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the quality of deliverables through testing and reviews. Additionally, you will participate in requirements gathering sessions, provide technical recommendations, and assist in documenting technical designs and specifications.

Responsibilities:

Assist in designing and implementing solutions within Dynamics 365 CE based on business requirements. Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE entities, forms, workflows, and plugins. Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with other systems using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, or custom integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and project managers to deliver CRM projects on time and within budget. Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis for production problems. Participate in requirements gathering, technical design sessions, and provide recommendations for improvement. Create technical documentation including design specifications, test plans, and operational procedures. Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 CE features and functionalities to propose innovative solutions.

Education & Experience Recommended:

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in applications engineering, programming, or a related field or an advanced degree with 7-10 years of work experience.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform, including configuration, customization, and extension capabilities.
  • Proficiency in developing workflows, plugins, and custom activities using C#/.NET within Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Experience with integrating Dynamics 365 CE with other systems using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, or custom APIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (e.g., MB-200, MB-210) are a plus.
  • Knowledge on Power BI and MuleSoft is added advantage.
