We are looking for a dedicated Equipment Technician II to help us minimize downtime and maximize quality.

The Role

As an Equipment Technician II, you will be the backbone of our production floor. Your goal is simple but vital: ensure smooth operations through proactive maintenance, expert troubleshooting, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our high-tech equipment in top shape, directly contributing to the delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

Your Impact

  • Technical Expertise: Develop and execute high-quality manufacturing solutions while building a specialty in your discipline.

  • Process Optimization: Apply advanced troubleshooting and process improvements to reduce downtime and boost efficiency.

  • Operational Support: Provide direct support to production line operators and ensure all work meets strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

  • Strategic Execution: Use specialized tools to create, analyze, and verify documentation, programs, and models.

  • Safety & Risk Management: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of equipment setup, process control, and safety protocols.

What You Bring to the Table

We are looking for a technician who is ready to execute responsibilities independently while working seamlessly within a cross-functional team.

Requirements:

  • Education: An Associate’s degree or Diploma in Electronics, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related Science discipline.

  • Experience: At least one (1) year of related experience in a manufacturing or technical environment. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
