Summary: Lead and deliver enterprise-grade integrations on SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management, Event Mesh) with a hands-on approach, while managing a high-performance integration team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead integration developers & architects in Agile/Scrum environment• Sprint planning, workload allocation, milestone tracking. Conduct code reviews and enforce governance. Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders - End-to-end integration architecture for SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, C4C, and non-SAP systems• Apply Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP) – synchronous/asynchronous, pub-sub, routing, transformation• API-first design with security & reusability• Select & configure adapters (HTTPS, SFTP, IDoc, SOAP, REST, OData, JDBC, AMQP, JMS, RFC, XI) - Build/configure/deploy iFlows with XML, JSON, XSLT, XPath, Groovy & JavaScript• Message & graphical mappings (1:1, 1:n, n:1)• API - Management – proxy creation, OpenAPI/Swagger design, security & throttling policies. Implement OAuth2, JWT, API Key, SAML. Event Mesh – topic/queue setup, publisher/subscriber configuration, Kafka integration - Secure connectivity via Cloud Connector, OAuth2, TLS, digital certificates• Principal Propagation for SSO• GDPR & compliance enforcement for data flows - CI/CD pipelines for CPI & API artifacts via Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions. Version control with Git• Automate deployments across environments. Monitoring & alerting – CPI Message Monitoring, SAP Alert Notification Service, SAP Application Logging - Maintain TDDs, API catalogs, connectivity configs. Document reusable templates• Conduct internal training & knowledge sharing Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite. - 8+ years in integration development, 3+ years in SAP BTP Integration Suite• Advanced Groovy scripting• Hybrid integration (Cloud-to-Cloud, Cloud-to-On-Prem, On-Prem-to-On-Prem)• Strong debugging & performance optimization - SAP Certified Development Associate – SAP Integration Suite. Hyperscaler integration (AWS, Azure, GCP). SAP Extension Suite exposure• Knowledge of BTP destinations, XSUAA, multi-tenancy. SAP PI/PO . Prompt engineering - Leadership & mentoring• Strong communication & stakeholder management• Translating business requirements into technical designs Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
