Role Summary:
As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will work under the direction of the Compensation Leader and will provide broad-based compensation support to business groups throughout the company. Conducts advanced Compensation analysis of jobs in order to evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance of pay practices. This is a highly analytical role involving great attention to detail. This role will work with the Compensation Leader to partner with cross-functional leaders to develop proposals to improve and enhance compensation programs.Responsibilities:
