The Channel Operations Analyst is part of the team who creates, develops, implements and manages the overall experience with MSI. The analyst will be responsible for leading the partner scorecard program and developing processes and methodologies to implement and enhance cost-effective standard operating procedures. You'll also audit existing procedures for effectiveness and compliance. Investigates and develops solutions to operational business needs.
This is an operations role that will primarily support the North America channel communities.
Responsibilities of the Channel Operations Analyst include but are not limited to:
Manage and lead successful execution of the partner scorecard program and align processes to MSI best practices while leveraging internal cross-functional resources
Work closely with internal resources to identify gaps in the partner scorecard program to ensure KPI goals are aligned
Oversee documentation and mapping of the partner lifecycle and recommend process improvements, workflow and practice changes to enhance efficiency
Work closely with partner program owners to identify knowledge gaps, design and implement resources to drive successful business outcomes
Assist with compliance-related activities with the possibility to take over this program in the future
Assist with partner program activities with the possibility of managing and leading programs in the future
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required, Masters degree a plus
2+ years of program/process management experience
Basic knowledge of channel distribution strategy and programs is strongly desired
Some travel may be required (10-25%)
Knowledge of Salesforce.com Communities or similar CRM tool is a plus
Target Base Salary Range: $72,700 - $145,400 USD
