Summary: With 6-10 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS) implementations, you will be responsible for managing critical project phases such as requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, integration, and deployment. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the successful implementation, rollout, carve-out program and support programs. Your in-depth knowledge will ensure seamless system integration, alignment with business objectives, driving value for stakeholders while meeting the unique needs of each project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead SAP PS implementation and support projects from requirements analysis to go-live and post-production support. - Design and configure SAP PS modules including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Networks, Activities, Milestones, and Project Planning. - Drive integration efforts with other SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, and PM. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate project requirements into SAP solutions. - Develop and review functional and technical specifications, process flows, and user documentation. - Oversee testing phases: unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. - Conduct workshops, training sessions, and client presentations. - Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and company standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Strong expertise in SAP PS configuration and implementation, including budgeting, cost planning, project execution, and settlement. - Deep knowledge of SAP PS integration points with FI/CO, MM, SD, and PM. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA Project System or ECC versions. - Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies. - Experience in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization of SAP PS applications. Additional Information: - Total SAP PS experience: 6–10 years in implementation and support roles. - Proven track record of leading SAP PS projects from inception to successful delivery. - SAP PS Certification is highly desirable. - Industry experience in chemical, construction, engineering, utilities, or oil & gas is an advantage.
