Job Responsibilities:

• Professionally handle high volume incoming inquiries from customers on client products and services
• Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs and educate customer where applicable regarding products and services listed above
• Help New hires to come to proficiency level through coaching and mentoring as defined by the manager
• Take Escalation calls as and when necessary to ensure customer delight
• Resolve customer issues via one call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process
• Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics
• Maintain a balance between policy and customer benefit in decision making
• Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our client and its customers
• Responsible for call disposition or compiling

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma (preferably with at least 6 months call center experience), Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
• Good to Excellent written or oral communication skills
• Outstanding multi-tasking skills
• Experience is a PLUS but NOT REQUIRED. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
• Applicants must be willing to work on holidays, weekends, graveyard and shifting schedule
