As an Account Manager, you’ll be the strategic partner your customers rely on. You’ll build strong relationships, understand complex healthcare supply chain needs, and connect clients with UPS SCS’s industry leading cold-chain and GDP compliant solutions. You’ll own your territory end-to-end: relentlessly pursuing new growth while developing existing business.

What You’ll Do 

• Identify and win new healthcare customers to exceed your sales targets 

• Prospect via calls, emails, and onsite visits across pharma, biotech, medtech, and clinical trial segments 

• Understand client challenges—GDP compliance, temperature control, security, visibility—and propose the right UPS SCS solutions 

• Prepare competitive proposals, RFQs, and cold-chain service designs to secure new business 

• Manage and grow your existing customer portfolio across air/ocean/road freight forwarding 

• Support customers with proactive issue resolution and strong communication across internal operations 

• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and account reporting within UPS systems

What You’ll Bring 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience 

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within your region 

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills 

• Interest or experience in freight forwarding, healthcare logistics, or temperature controlled solutions 

• Solid command of Microsoft Office tools 

• Flexibility to adapt schedules up to 5 days per week
