Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating and implementing advanced technology solutions tailored to new and evolving industries and products. This role requires translating complex system requirements into detailed design specifications, ensuring that the solutions align with project goals and client needs. The position demands continuous engagement with evolving technologies and problem-solving to support innovative product development and system enhancements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Demand Planning.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Order Management.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and translate system requirements into effective design solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in custom software engineering.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in BlueYonder Demand Planning.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
