The Role: 

• Manufacturing manager’s role is to lead production team to meet the goals and the objectives on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost Reduction by utilizing operator’s skill, capability and process equipment  

• And to create 6S based culture in order to become “Amazing Plant”.  

In this role you will: 

• Lead the team to become Liquid Filter Production Cell as “Grate Place to Work” 

• Build safe manufacturing shop floor and process.  

• Reduce quality complains and issues 

• Develop and grow employees 

• Make good relationship with related functions and customers globally.  

• Make Liquid Filter Production Cell more profitable
