This role offers you the chance to develop expertise in programme management within one of the world's leading online trading and investing platforms. You'll work directly with the Head of the ANZ Programme Office, gaining exposure to strategic decision-making whilst building out governance frameworks from the ground up. What you’ll be working on

Your role sits at the intersection of governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication. You'll orchestrate the monthly reporting cycle, transforming data from Confluence and Jira into clear, compelling insights for our Programme Management Steering Committee. Project Managers will rely on your support to prepare their materials, and executives will depend on your consolidated programme plans to make informed decisions.

You'll own the RAID logs that keep our programmes transparent and accountable, ensuring risks and issues are tracked, dependencies are visible, and actions are completed. Your eye for detail will shine as you maintain documentation structures, schedule critical meetings, and capture decisions that shape our technology roadmap.

This isn't passive coordination work, you'll actively analyse KPIs, spot trends in programme performance, and contribute to resource and capacity planning. When governance standards need refining or new processes should be introduced, you'll work alongside the Head of Programme Office to design and implement them.

Your communication skills will be essential as you support the programme communication plan, ensuring stakeholders across the organisation stay informed and engaged. From documenting Steering Committee minutes to managing meeting schedules, you'll keep the wheels turning smoothly so that project teams can focus on delivery.
