Make your mark in Legal

Our Legal team provides first class advice to colleagues and functions across the organization – ensuring AIG navigates an ever-changing landscape that spans state, federal, and international lines. The team has a multi-dimensional impact, from helping avoid legal exposure to collaborating with other functions to develop cutting-edge new products.

 

How you will create an impact

·         Support facilitation of Board meetings & Shareholders' meetings with strong legal knowledge

·         Review various contracts and documentations

·         Support projects

·         Litigation management etc. 

 

What you’ll need to succeed

·          Good knowledge of laws/regulations and policies relating to insurance

·          Ability to work and handle multiple tasks/projects efficiently

·          Excellent communication and, organization skills.

·          Strong sense of professional ethics

·          Deep understanding on the company’s goals and operation

·          Personal and professional integrity

·          Lawyer with less than1 year of experience in a law-firm or as an in-house lawyer

·          Member of Korean bar
