More About the Role:
NGEN is the largest IT services program for the Navy. Under the Service Management, Integration, and Transport (SMIT) portion of NGEN, the Leidos team will deliver the core backbone of the Navy-Marine Corps Intranet, including cybersecurity services, network operations, service desk, and data transport. Ultimately, Leidos will support the Navy in unifying its shore-based networks and data management to improve capability and service while also saving significant dollars by focusing efforts under one enterprise network.

Leidos is seeking an intern to support User Support Services as part of the Operations team. The candidate will assist with the organization and management of awarded positions to bring about the successful completion of SMIT – User Support Services goals and objectives. Duties may include ensuring that all programs run within scope, time, and budget constraints.

What You'll Get to Do:
•Manage computer refresh delivery projects from start to finish, planning resources, establish timelines, for our Navy customer.
•Interface with Data Analysts, resource management, and Staging teams for all required deliverables of seat delivery (computer refresh).
•Monitor project objectives, milestones, and deliverables through completion.
•Review newly submitted customer data for accuracy, identify key players (CTR, ACTR) and execute requirements.
•Ability to provide quick project statuses and escalate customer issues to leadership.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
•Must be a US Citizen and possess a DoD Secret Clearance.
•Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of prior relevant experience or in lieu of education a High School Diploma with 6-8 years of experience.
•Excellent customer service skills.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills.
•Organized and detail-oriented.

•Strong collaboration, prioritization, and adaptability skills required.
•Ability to manage and prioritize own work.
•Analytical thinking; thinking out of the box.
•Ability to effectively communicate with all organizational levels (SME to Senior Management).

Pay Range:

Pay Range $59,150.00 - $106,925.00
