We’re looking for a Sr Sales Recruiter -FTC to join our ever-evolving Talent Acquisition team to help us unleash the potential of every business.

About the team

Our global Talent Acquisition team provides end–to-end recruitment support for Worldpay. We pride ourselves on delivering a world-class recruitment process that exceeds the expectations of managers and candidates.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Recruiter to be responsible for designing innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top candidates and ensure vacancies are filled in a timely manner with the best talent.

What you’ll own

As a Senior Sales Recruiter -FTC in the Talent Acquisition team, you will have the unique opportunity to create long-lasting relationships with stakeholders across UK & EMEA. Your role is to work closely with and be responsible for delivering against the recruitment needs of the Enterprise business units. You will help shape the strategy of recruiting across our business and measurably impact the growth of the company by hiring top talent in key roles. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform full cycle recruiting for the company's positions by conducting in-depth requisition launch meetings, advertising, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to ensure that only qualified and interested candidates are presented to hiring managers.
  • Guide hiring managers through the interview, selection, and offer stages.
  • Manage candidate experience including positioning the opportunity and company, conducting phone screens, coordinating interview schedules, summarizing feedback, making hiring recommendations, and managing the offer process.
  • Successfully track progress on requisitions and candidates within Workday.
  • Maintain a focus on the marketplace and communicate market intelligence as appropriate

What you bring

  • Previous in-house recruitment experience for sales roles within a fast-moving commercial environment
  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Experience of direct sourcing candidates in a fast-paced environment through database search, online CV tanks, LinkedIn, job boards and online networking
  • Relationships with and understanding of recruitment agency and executive search suppliers
  • Competency based interviewing experience
  • Understanding of recruitment and resourcing best practice and knowledge of relevant employment legislation
  • Fintech or payments industry experience preferred
  • Proven experience recruiting commercial roles in EMEA
