We are seeking for a dynamic Placement Analyst to join our Employee Benefits team within MMB Belux.

What can you expect:

In your role, you will provide essential daily support to one of our Business Developers active in the booming field of Employee Benefits. Your primary focus will be on attracting new clients and expanding our portfolio through targeted sales initiatives.

This position blends both administrative and commercial duties. Your regular tasks will include conducting market research, managing census data, drafting employee communications, creating strategic presentation materials, and ultimately finalizing insurance contracts.

What you will need to have:

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Insurance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

• Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English.

• While prior experience in employee benefits is not required, it is considered a plus

• A strong affinity for analysis and working with numbers.

• Clear, structured and effective communication skills.

• A service-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

• A keen eye for quality and a strong sense of responsibility.
