The Pull-Coordinator represents the maintenance activity at the local level in its interaction, communication and coordination of activities with other local operations functions: driver care, route operations and customer care.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

4:45am - 1:30pm

Starting Rate of Pay: $19.50 per hour

What will your job look like?

  • Ensures 1st shift drivers are fit for duty and meet uniform requirements
  • Assists drivers with daily inspections
  • Reports safety hazards at designated parking area
  • Communicates to dispatch vehicle maintenance issues that need attention
  • Assists with vehicle assignment changes
  • Ensures all buses are equipped with appropriate passes/vouchers if applicable
  • May act as relief driver when necessary

All you need is:

  • H.S. diploma or G.E.D,
  • A valid CDL class B with Air-brake Testing and with Passenger (P) Endorsement
  • 1+ years in transportation routing, dispatching, and scheduling expertise

Even better if you have:

  • College degree
  • Ability to acquire in-depth knowledge of MTM Transit operations, company policies, and guidelines
  • Ability to schedule, organize and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills
  • Exceptional interpretation and problem solving skills
