Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your typical day involves engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our world-class systems operate smoothly. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide quality support and maintain client satisfaction, while also leveraging your deep product knowledge to design effective resolutions for any challenges that arise. Roles & Responsibilities: • Deployment and management of AVD resource group, workspace, application group, hostpool and session hosts. • Deployment and management of personal/dedicated and pool/shared AVD virtual machine/session hosts. • Create new AVD build image and update/replace session hosts. • Create/Manage AVD master (gold) image • Scale AVD host pools using Azure DevOps pipeline • Troubleshooting of AVD and Windows 10 related issues. • Installing applications on session hosts via PowerShell scripts. Professional & Technical Skills: • Experienced in Microsoft Windows 10 administration and management. • Experienced in Microsoft Azure and AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop). • Experienced in deploying and managing AVD resource group, workspace, application group, host pool and session hosts. • Knowledge of Azure DevOps Pipelines & Infrastructure as Code • Experienced in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Group Policy Object and Configuration Manager Education Qualification: 15 years full time education Additional Information: • Microsoft Azure Fundamental trained/certified • Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop trained/certified • Microsoft Windows 10 trained/certified • Microsoft Modern Desktop Management trained/certified
