As a Regional Sales Manager IP&E, you will act as the regional lead for the IP&E portfolio, building strong internal and external relationships while driving profitable growth across your region.

You will lead a team of Internal IP&E specialists - responsible for accountability to goals, achieving KPIS , tracking and analysing performance, guidance, training, support and performance management

You will execute IP&E sales, marketing, and engineering strategies, support our sales teams in identifying new opportunities within Arrow’s existing customer base, and ensure the highest level of customer service.

Your main responsibilities:
• Deliver profitable IP&E market share gains across the region
• Drive IP&E Design Conversion through the Sales & Engineering organization
• Lead Non-Demand Creation IP&E projects and drive incremental sales
• Develop and implement financial and logistics programs to support market share growth and improve productivity
• Execute EMEA supplier strategies and define aligned regional programs
• Partner with regional managers to train, enable, and develop engineering and sales teams
• Act as a positive spokesperson for the region, internally and externally
• Support the Sales organization as an escalation point for IP&E-related issues
• Collaborate with all Arrow teams to exceed customer expectations
• Participate in regional quote follow-up reviews and ensure operational excellence

Your profile:
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in IP&E sales is a must
• Demonstrated leadership experience is essential
• Strong knowledge of the industry and local markets
• Able to solve complex problems and introduce new perspectives using existing solutions
• Contributes actively to process improvements
• Provides informal guidance and support to sales teams
• Capable of conducting business-level conversations with Senior Management (Country Leaders, Directors, etc.)
• Strong relationship-building skills, able to establish key internal and external connections
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
