As a DevOps Engineer reporting to the Senior Director of Software Engineering, you'll play a critical role in designing and building cloud-native infrastructure and automation capabilities that power Nasdaq's Eqlipse CSD platform.
You'll thrive in this position if you're collaborative, tech-savvy, and passionate about cloud technology, automation, and developer experience in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop provisioning and deployment pipelines that drive platform reliability and scalability.
Set up and manage cloud accounts and environments across development, QA, performance, and UAT stages for multiple clients.
Optimize cloud infrastructure to improve system performance.
Automate manual processes to enhance developer experience, efficiency, and team productivity.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Several years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and automation.
Proficiency working with cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD tooling (e.g., AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
Strong communicator who thrives in collaborative, agile, and globally distributed teams.
Commitment to knowledge sharing, mentorship, and continuous team development.
Preferred Qualifications
Expertise in Kubernetes
Knowledge of Kafka and distributed systems architecture.
Background or genuine interest in fintech, clearing, or regulated financial services.
This position will be located in Vilnius, Lithuania and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
