About the department

The International Intermediary Oversight (IIO) team plays a key role in ensuring global compliance and maintaining the integrity of intermediary oversight processes. The team manages a distribution and marketing framework that spans over 1000 intermediaries worldwide. Working in IIO means joining a collaborative, detail-oriented group committed to operational excellence. Interns gain exposure to international financial services and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence tools.

How you will add value

Core Responsibilities

  • You will support cross-regional projects and internal collaboration.
  • You will help maintain and update compliance policies and procedures.
  • You will manage internal communications and draft team correspondence.
  • You will apply AI tools to improve data reconciliation and reporting.
  • You will identify and suggest automation opportunities.
  • You will assist in building dashboards and workflows using Power BI.
  • You will contribute to data quality checks and capacity planning.


What will help you be successful in this role 

Experience, Education & Certifications

  • Currently enrolled in finance, data science, engineering, or business administration.
  • Previous internship or relevant experience is a plus. 

Technical Skills

  • Basic knowledge of relational databases (e.g., Structured Query Language – SQL).
  • Experience with data entry and reconciliation tasks.
  • Understanding of data integrity and compliance standards.
  • Willingness to learn database query and visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and large dataset analysis. 

Soft Skills

  • Fluent English and strong communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Comfortable working in multicultural, international teams.
