As a Product Manager at E.ON Next, you will be instrumental in developing outstanding AI and non- AI products that cater to our expanding customer base and diverse product offerings. Your role will involve working closely with technology, harnessing your creativity to solve complex problems, and fostering collaboration to bring forth innovative solutions. You understand how to frame problems where AI provides a clear advantage over deterministic software and you have experience using AI to solve problems where relevant.
Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing
Prioritise and align your team's efforts towards tackling key challenges and seizing critical opportunities in the product landscape.
Gain an in-depth understanding of your market, the needs and behaviours of your users, and the breadth and scope of your product offerings.
Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from initial discovery and ideation through to execution and delivery, ensuring a seamless integration of roles while building both AI and non-AI products. You will shape intelligent, adaptive products and agents that learn from data and respond dynamically to user context, navigating the unique complexities of the AI Product Development Lifecycle (AIPDLC)
Base strategic and operational decisions on solid data and analytics to continuously refine and enhance product performance and user satisfaction.
Champion your vision, advocating passionately for your team and products to inspire and mobilise internal and external stakeholders.
Employ an iterative, experimental approach to product development, encouraging rapid learning and adaptation, test value using live or simulated models to build products that resonate with users and align with business goals.
Play an active role in the Product Community, sharing insights, learning from peers, and contributing to the collective knowledge and advancement of product management and AI practices.
Are we the perfect match?
Here’s what we need from you
Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Strong background in product management, with a focus on agile discovery and delivery methodologies.
Proven experience working with UX and UI specialists, using discovery techniques, and working closely with technical teams.
Solid understanding of technology trends and the ability to apply them in product development.
Experience transforming business and user process with agentic technology
Experience in building safe, responsible AI with ability to define and implement appropriate levels of autonomy with risk management.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
