Job Description:

Operating since 1987, Johnson Brothers of Indiana is one of the state’s largest distributors. The company began its operation in Michigan City and Fort Wayne as Indiana Wholesale Wine & Liquor. Today, our more than 200 team members provide our portfolio of world-class wines and spirits to retail stores, iconic restaurants, and world-class hotels throughout the Hoosier state.

We are searching for a highly motivated licensed CDL Class B Delivery Driver to join our Indiana team, and it might be you! This is a great opportunity to learn about our incredible products.

Our Drivers are responsible for delivering product shipments to customer accounts and ensuring that all items are received. We pride ourselves on meeting those customers’ needs with ambition and excitement.

Responsibilities:

• Loading/unloading truck

• Timely route delivery with numerous stops

• Delivering product into stores using a two-wheeler or other means

• Handling customer payments

• Making sure paperwork is correctly completed and collected

• Providing excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid CDL Class B, with air brake endorsement

• A good driving record

• Heavy repetitive lifting is involved, must be able to lift up to 65 lbs. repeatedly

• Good math skills

• Detail oriented

• Self-motivated, work independently and self-managed to meet deadlines

• High School diploma or GED

• Ability to pass the pre-employment screening: background check, drug test, and physical
