Your role and responsibilities

Supports the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers.

• End-to-End Order Management: Accurate entry, processing, and monitoring of sales orders from placement to delivery
• Inventory Coordination: Checking stock availability and coordinating with production/warehousing for timely fulfillment
• Develops and maintains new sales opportunities and resolves specific customer problems
• Ensures budget goals are met, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and in the respective countries.
• Ensures targets on orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
• Provides information for the risk review process in accordance with ABB policy and participates in the risk review assessment as required

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and effective written and spoken communication skills
• Methodical approach, attention to detail, and well-developed organizational skills
• Skilled in reading technical specifications, preparing quotations
• Fluent in English and Turkish ; proficient in MS Office
• 2 years of experience working as internal Sales Support, Project Management and Logistics
• Knowledge SAP, Excel, Power BI, and enterprise management tools
